Lisa Biggs

Lisa is a massage therapist, nutritionist, and trauma-informed wellness guide who helps clients reconnect with their bodies, release what’s weighing them down, and feel at home in their skin again.

Her approach and passion for wellness is rooted in personal experience. After experiencing several years of health crises, Lisa began studying holistic wellness, lost 100 pounds naturally and transformed her body and health — even crossing the finish line at multiple International Ironman 70.3 triathlons. That journey taught her that real, lasting change comes from deep self-care and working with the body, not against it.

In every session, she blends advanced therapeutic techniques with an intuitive, personalized touch. Whether your goal is pain relief, sports injury, nervous system regulation, improved mobility, or simply a deep, restorative reset, Lisa creates a safe and supportive space to help you get there.

Her mission is simple: to help you feel lighter — physically, mentally, and emotionally — and to leave you walking out the door not just relaxed, but renewed.
